Our Program includes Twelve Months of Free Service Calls!
The Preferred Customer Program includes the following:
For a period of (1) One Year from the date of the Preventative Maintenance Service, there will be no trip charge. There will only be a Labor and Parts Charge to repair the system.
You will also receive a 10% Discount on Parts and Labor during the effective period of this program.
The Preferred Customer Program is only in effect during normal working hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday, 8:00am – 1:00pm
Excludes Holidays and After Hours Service.
Holiday and After Hours Service there will be a full service call charge of $65.00, which includes the diagnostic, and is always applied towards the repair.
The Preferred Customer Program cannot be combined with any other offers or coupons.
This Program is only offered to customers, which have purchased (1) one of the planned Preventative Maintenance Programs offered (Silver, Gold, and Platinum Plan).
